Yeah he’s been free from prison confinement, but he will be back in his on home from the halfway house he has been living in since his release from prison. Here’s the official word from his lawyer Steve Sadow:

“That date is correct. TI is now serving the remainder of his sentence in home confinement under the supervision of the U.S. Bureau of Prisons.”

Look out for his new single “I’m Back” dropping TODAY!
